We've used ethically sourced, Single Origin Peruvian cold brew (roasted locally by Prima Roastery CHCH) in this Emerald/Sticklebract hopped oatmeal stout.
It's got a light mouthfeel without losing a complex flavour profile---lovely and dark while simultaneously refreshing--- perfect for those who enjoy a dark beer while the season is on the way out.
