Old Jones is made with an inhouse fermented spirit and 6 NZ sourced botanicals; juniper, angelica, liquorice, coriander, wormwood and cardamom.

ability to bring a palatal experience that takes you from a London Dry to a traditional  Old Tom.

It's refreshingly off dry to the tongue, but sweet upon the finish.
